    We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact us if there are extenuating circumstances as customer satisfaction is very important to us.
  • What types of journals do you offer on Cloth and Quill?
    Cloth and Quill offers a variety of journals. The journals come in different sizes and may include lined, blank,and/or specialty pages that can be used for many different purposes. We have tried to describe each journal fully on each product page, but if you have further questions about a particular product, feel free to email clothandquill@gmail.com.
  • Will this product be restocked in the future?
    No two journals are exactly the same and each is as unique and wonderful as you are! You may be able to find something similar but no two journals are alike.

    YES! All orders over $75 ship FREE.

    Shipping times for Cloth and Quill vary based on the customer's location. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, with delivery times ranging from 7-10 days.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    At this time we only ship to US addresses, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
